#DoYouShadesEQ is about bringing hair colour to the forefront of people’s lives – it’s a bold reminder to be daring with your choices and not be afraid to draw outside the lines. To generate buzz locally Redken enlisted leading Kiwi model Ngahuia Williams, lifestyle influencer Ayeesha Taylor and beauty influencer Renee Stewart as the faces of the #DoYouShadesEQ campaign.
Three women with three bespoke looks, each worked with Redken NZ creative director Mana Dave and the wider Redken team to identify a shade and style exclusive to them. Like Redken they are daring, edgy and fiercely unique. Their individuality has been showcased in the #DoYouShadesEQ campaign.

Redken’s Shades EQ is a range of demi-permanent hair gloss which is a form of non-permanent colour that gradually fades over the course of a few weeks. It’s not just another hair colour, it’s a hair colour that thinks it’s a conditioner. It’s ammonia free, adds shine and colour corrects – and the whole process only takes 20 minutes in salon.
The New Zealand #DoYouShadesEQ campaign was styled by Moochi with makeup by YSL. Together the brands showcased the influencers unique style and curated the ultimate Redken girl gang.
